2nd Edition: Why Brokers and Wholesalers are Growing Their Presence on Yesler

We posted the first edition of Why Brokers and Wholesalers are Growing Their Presence on Yesler in February. Since then we have launched several new features specifically for brokers and wholesalers. Let’s call this the second edition. Here are three more reasons brokers and wholesalers are growing in Yesler!

#1 – Optimizing offers for a better experience

Email is great to get your availability out fast, but for a buyer searching for the right emails to reply back to is no joke. It can be messy on the seller side too. Yesler can eliminate the clutter and gives buyers and sellers an easier method of organization, communication, and management.

    • Organize your list in Offered Products.
    • Mark loads as active so buyers can find them.

You don’t have to sit back and wait for buyers to see loads. We launched a new feature so you can create your offer emailing directly from your Offered Products in Yesler.

    • Click Create Mailing and select the loads you want to send.
    • Set prices (optional) and add notes.
    • Select one or more buyers and send the mailing.

Now the magic of decluttering happens – Buyers can select loads directly from your email! When they do, you immediately enter a Yesler Handshake session with them to digitally quote, chat, and confirm loads.

#2 – Expand your network – matching loads to buyers

Emailing is not the only reason to put your loads on Yesler. What if buyers came to you instead? With the new Product Matching update for buyers, Yesler becomes a pathway for you to make new connections. When buyers create a request on Yesler Handshake, seller’s offered products that match the buyers will be placed in the buyer’s dashboard next to their request.

Buyers see what product (the offer) and who (YOU) is offering. In one click they can connect with you to discuss the load. From then on, you’ll be in the buyers list of “favorite” sellers.

Upload your full load list for more matches to  buyer requests! Not only are you faster and more efficient with Yesler, you’ve positioned yourself to gain new connections too!

#3 – Two sided accounts

When Yesler started, we assumed participants would be either buyers or sellers. But many of our users created two accounts – a buyer and seller account. We have recently released a feature to allow one login to work for both profiles – buyer and seller! After all, that’s what brokers and wholesalers do all day. And we’ve made it easier for them to do that on Yesler. It takes one click on Yesler to switch from buying to selling.

This will carry on into a set of completely new features for brokers and wholesalers. One of the best things about Yesler is that you as a user tell us what to build.
